Refund policy
We have a 14-day refund policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your digital product to request a refund.
To be eligible for a refund, your request must relate to a situation where the digital product does not match its description on our website. Refunds are not provided simply because you changed your mind or no longer want the product. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To request a refund, you can contact us at hello@templation.io. Please include your order number, the email used at checkout, and a brief explanation of how the product does not match its description.
If your refund is approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please note that once a digital product has been delivered to the email address provided at checkout, it is considered received.

Damages and issues
If you experience issues accessing or downloading your digital product, or if you believe you received the wrong file, please contact us immediately so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Because we sell digital products, we do not accept returns. Refund requests are handled only in accordance with the eligibility criteria described above.
Gift cards (if offered) are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges for digital products. If you would like a different product, please place a new order.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
If you are a consumer in the European Union, you may have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days. However, this right may not apply to digital content where performance has begun (for example, where the digital product has been delivered electronically), to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve reviewed your request and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
